i bought the early access and now i got the second key and ready to redeem it and why the hell i need to redeem at sqex.to ?

any 1 can help me with this ?

1st key which is i already redeem at mog station for early access in this format ( success )
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx


and today they give me another code which is in this format
XXXXXX - 000 - XXXXXX - 000

and they said i need to redeem it at http://sqex.to and i key in the code and it become like this
* i login with the same id i use to login mog station



and i check my mog station and still didn't circle the heavensward box area

ya typo /register and they redirect me to http://eu.square-enix.com/

and after i try to redeem it with 18 digit code at https://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/en

it give me invalid code .
