Where will you be based? This will be important in determining your salary, just comparing positions alone is not enuff. The cost of living in the place you will be based is important. Someone mentioned 15k, but if you will be in shanghai where the food and board will be very expensive, then RM15k is just so so only as by the time you pay all your bills you might end up with the same amount if you work in Malaysia and is getting paid RM2.5k a month.

So if possible, do some research on living costs in some of the cities in China, also get the location from the Company during the offer stage and ask for some time to consider the package and then do your research.

no. huge difference there. it's 30000yuan in Shanghai.

you are getting more than enough. definitely better than earning RM2500 locally.

You're looking at net sum. Please do consider the taxes (for 30k yuan it is at least 25% income tax, most likely more if you're not a citizen) and cost of living, its very expensive in Shanghai. Unless you want to change your lifestyle and start eating the ghetto food which is dirt cheap and as hygienic as dirt. Dont forget you need to spend some amount for your initial relocation as well.
