Brunei Stateless people = 5%, Myanmar stateless people 1.6%. Who got more right here to talk about it?

Brunei are one step ahead, they see what our Tunku attention is all about and decide not to join the federation of Malaysia. Putting on the demand as the first Agong and rotation of each turn of Brunei and Malayan. With each turn by Malayan follow by Brunei rather then each state within Malaysia. Do you think Tunku will accept that?
