btw, just wanna inform you guys. I've been suspecting some time difference between the two groups for a few weeks now. Basically means that the clock (timing) of the race might not be accurate because of lag or anything else.

So, to confirm if my suspicion, I used a stopwatch on the race in Europe. The timing was accurate down to the last second

hey, at what temp does the engine blow up? Just now I was doing some wing setup for my car...and I just realized how to see the engine temp. It was at 127 degrees after a few laps

2 is not enough. I always use 3. You can try Monaco with 2...that place blow up the fastest

I think you're really being inconsiderate here. You damn well know that some of us can't afford to spend enough money to buy a wheel (cheap or not) and you just like to bring up that topic as if it gives you wings to fly or something. there's a theory for some racers...like me. If you practice that track too much, you'll lose the mood or concentration to race there. By the time you realize it, your performance on the track deteriorates. I'm just guessing this is why we don't see the drivers going 2X quick runs during qualifying. It happens...but very rare.

hey, I'm not surprised. I used to play F1 with joystick in EA F1 2000
advantages - better throttle control and cornering control like MOMO but with only the fingers doing the work. Last time I was using Microsoft Wingman. If you have money to waste, just go get a cheap joystick. I bet you will be able to outrun half the racers in GTR2 too
