I heard that there's a kind of converter connect the CBU (VGA) to TV (RCA). Means can use TV as screen. So far only LCD TV can be use as screen because it got VGA head but normal TV cannot. So, gotto find converter.

Newer video cards have the video line in connection. I used that since my GeForce 4 times. And it will bundle the neccesary hardware (wires, connectors) with the video card

from what I understood, he is trying to output video from VGA port to TV. we can only assumed he don't have S-VIDEO out from his videocard. why are you guys talking about S-VIDEO, DVI and video line-in on video card?

it is obvious he wanted to output video to his TV from VGA port to his normal TV and unless his TV has a VGA port to, it is impossible without an expensive convertor. I have been trying to do that too ever since I bought this farking stylish Toshiba notebook which, despite being so farking stylish, doesn't have a farking S-VIDEO out. I have found this

PC toTV convertor http://www.kworld.com.tw/en/index_others.htm

It is available at the IT Supermart store on the third floor of LOW YAT PLAZA and is selling at RM268. It is farking expensive and I am still thinking about it.

i thought conventional tv requires less pixel? i had to tune down from 800x600 pixel to 640x480 resolution on a 29 inch tv because the words are too small to be read.
