I have a 6 Plus since late last year. No problems here whatsoever. Jail broken some more. Battery life isn't that good but I think that's because of some of the tweaks I installed.

FYI your WhatsApp messages are backed up twice. Once in the full device backup (the one that goes with iTunes backup, under iOS Settings) and another time to iCloud (this backup doesn't include videos, and the options are in WhatsApp itself).
I turned off WhatsApp for my device backup because there's already a separate iCloud backup for it. Saved 400 MB of iCloud space.
