From rm68 to rm90 plan, paying extra rm22 got a big jump from 8gb to 20gb (12gb difference) but rm138 plan only give another 8gb? If add rm22 can give 12gb more then adding rm48 should give 24gb extra quota so it should be 50gb at least for rm138 plan.

Deal with TS for RM90 package on 25th March. Package successfully activated yesterday (12 May).
I agree the waiting period is too long. Been messaging TS regularly asking the status and he responded promptly if online. Too bad TS is not the person who do the activation process. I would blame the person incharge the process who's taking the queue too long. Btw I'm waiting for the 2nd activation on another package |

Finally sim activated, received a very nice number as requested and will be getting a porta wifi too. Excellent customer support even if my IC copy was rejected twice they still give another chance. But really even other telco agent were very surprised with how strict the requirement but lepas yo. Thank you my Alvin.

too bad mine from the 1st payment 7 april until now 16 jun still no activation.. 10 weeks already.. tired already..
