Finally sim activated, received a very nice number as requested and will be getting a porta wifi too. Excellent customer support even if my IC copy was rejected twice they still give another chance. But really even other telco agent were very surprised with how strict the requirement but lepas yo. Thank you my Alvin.

I had mine biz 138 activated today. Very helpful and informative seller. It is important to get all the documents required ready in acceptable format for smooth processing and will take longer for those package with phones.
