But the question remains what are those companies that will.move to here. GBI is just marketing and not a criteria used when corporate selecting offices. Grade A office also available at puchong puteri. ..you may want to check out the occupancy. Don't get me wrong...I am not saying that it will fail but investor need to be aware of the dynamic and more overall aspect. Of course , successful mall or offices will be mutually benefited.each other . That is why so many mixed development nowadays. |

Agree that it is still relative or very marginally cheaper here at onecity but not sure about the new office block. Would they charge a higher rental?
