why not save up the money, then at the end only buy it?

u wud require at least the motherboard + PSU + CPU + RAM, to have the most basic usable PC, whr it will collect dust without the casing.... and booting Linux from a pen drive...

for me, the first item in the list to choose is CPU -> then only motherboard...
