 Honda City 2014 Upgrade Speaker

Hi guys, i plan to upgrade spec V honda city 2014 with 8 speaker.

Any suggestion on how to upgrade all of them? should just upgrade partially or all of it?

How far you go is up to you. You can start with component speakers for the front. Dun bother with the rear speakers. Then amp, because I dun think you wanna change your stock player, right?

Which you mean only change a pair of front speakers right?? Will the sound become not balance??
No plan to change the stock player now.... Lol

Everyone makes the same mistake.
Upgrading 2 sets of speakers when you should focus the funds on the fronts only.
1. you dun ferry ppl in the back seats all the time.
2. 2 sets of speakers of equal volume will screw up your soundstage. That will sound like the singer is in front of you and behind you at the same time.
The idea is to have the singers voice projected smack at the front centre of the car.
As an example, home hifi kaki have all speakers in front, never behind. If you go to a concert, you certainly dun want the singer standing behind you.

Theres a simple test you can do now with your stock speakers. Listen to 1 minute of your fav song, then fade the speakers to the front. Maybe not full forward but 60-70% forward, then listen to that same song 1 minute only.
