Looking for known parking areas around The Icon where I can park for All Day...

Will be working there and parking is very expensive in the building itself. Outside parking dominated by Hua Wei people.

used to take lrt and walk there.
plenty of people walking as well so it is not really a problem.

Does ur job required travel often (sales) ?
If no related to sales, i reckon park at lrt or ktm station. i do that daily basis.
If yes to sales, i can reckon a few places as i used to work Menara Tan&Tan. Now moved to behind

Park along Jalan U Thant. There are road side parking there and it's free but go,ear
Y. It's a 10 mins walk to Icon.

Not doing sales but does require unregular long working hours.

Heard that See Hoy Chan building has parking but it's quite limited as well.

If I get there by 730pm, you think I will be able to find a parking?


Is it inside the little road past The Icon building?

See Hoy chan, u need to park as early as u can. Like around 6.30am or max 7am if you want parking else other people like myself will get the spot
Other than this place, i park in Felda building on 5th, sometimes 6th floor. So far, foc for me. Others, idk. You might get foc too if u drive a fancy car

Other than the above spots, u can try make friends with Marble-8 bouncers / guards. I been parking for a year now at their place, vip area
Sometimes i dont park there & park somewhere else. Cant make it too obvious to park there daily, right.

If you dont mind walking for 15mins to Icon, u can park at beside Stonor condo. its RM5 per entry (daily).

The Zone hotel lobby has lots of parking:
RM3 per entry after 6pm.
After 9am, is charged rm2.50 per hour.

Multistorey parking opposite Troika building:
RM12 per entry
but need to be in before 9am.
if after 9am is rm3 or rm4 per hour.

So what fancy car are you driving?

I will definitely be there around 7am the latest.

Can introduce me to the Marble-8 Bouncers & guards?


The Zone & Troika are both pretty far too

When i worked at Menara Tan&Tan for 5years, i used to park at the bmw open space there RM4 per entry but no more d that place.
Then parked at Zone lobby, sometimes Marble-8, sometimes Multi storey parking because all these 3 safe parking with cctv
If you want free, u can try around micasa there but no safety lo...

I don't mind paying as long as there's parking. (of course not overpriced parking)



But on Google Map - It says The ZON All Suite Residences ... is it the same landmark that you are talking about?

So it's RM3 per entry before 9am as well? Do you just drive in and park?

According to Google Maps - opposite Troika is PnB Darby Park Executive Suites - is this where the multistorey carpark is at?

the zone hotel parking rate is:
RM3 per hour between 9am till 6pm. 1st hour is rm3, the subsequent hour is rm2.50
After 6pm till 9am is RM3 per entry.
Normally i park downstairs facing the lift

Yeah,, Opposite troika is pnb. beside troika is the multistorey parking. Actually this troika has 3 opposite sides so im not sure which is which opposite. U try go troika go see got 3 buildings side by side...haha..thats why i say is opposite the multi storey parking lo

Along Jalan U-Thant. Got designated parking lot on the roadside and it's free. 10 mins walk is no problem. Trees here and there. It's cool the morning. 7-7.30am still a lot of spots.

how much is the parking rate at see hoy chan, i heard not cheap also, if not cheap, why got so early already full ?

the reason why I left my job at ICON. Parking sucks even for bikes.

Just visit there. Beside Building See Hoy Chan got one open space car park. Charges is RM4 per hour. You can park anytime.
