Hi, i am unable to install the flash player on my safari browser. I am using an intel imac with the latest Mac Osx downloads. The installation process goes almost to the end then it stops abruptly, then the browser is activated and it opens up the adobe support site. I got no problems with Firefox and Opera. Pls help as the low yat forum site look weird wit a big questio mark on the banner

Quit all your browser

Go in to your HD > Library > Internet Plug-ins
locate and remove this file: flashplayer.xpt

Re-download the latest flash player. Install it again.

thanks for the reply. I did download the uninstaller for it, but it didn't work. Will delete it manually
