Man, I just pop my PC with another 512 MB RAM, making it a 1G now

and that's really LOTS of performance improvement!

I know the pricelist says RM155... but when you go there, the price they will quote you is nearing RM200. Recently the price of DDR400 rams skyrocketed! rclxub.gif

I think the price list is outdated lah. Even 2nd hand DDR333 512MB people quote RM150 nowadays.

Yeah I used to always fall and down in at those damn Tauren towns and die needless deaths because my RAM made my comp freeze while on autorun.

I'd say 1G RAM is the MINIMUM if you wanna be serious about WoW. You won't be able to survive the suppression room at all with 512 RAM. And even more so after the expansion...

Actually, I bought the RAM $ 225
Kingston DDR2 512MB

the $ 150 is actually an old price I paid, in Lowyat, about 6 months ago

Sorry for the $ mistell.

Apart from WoW, I also played Tribes 2 Vengeance. A futuristic FPS online game, also very noticable performance improvement...

So short, if you considering pumping your PC performance, try look into RAM side, instead of other more expansive stuffs like g-card or CPU.
