Has badly skin injury on the back. Most probably was on the road for too long.

Found the doggy in 19 Jan 2014 @ Sunway Mentari.
A female shih tzu approximately 5 years old. Has badly skin injury on the back. Most probably was on the road for too long. Kindly PM if got any info on the dog. Attached thumbnail(s)
