If you thinks that MPAJ wont go inside backyard and catch dogs, then what makes you assume that vietnamese would climb in and catch them? dogs would have bark on them too if they did that.

I live at Cheras Pandan Perdana, i suspect based on my neighbour puppies missing day by day, we don't have proof but impossible MPAJ will come inside backyard and catch dog, right? And we wonder who will climb over the gate and take the dog out and dog don't have bark at all The next morning, we call the foregin workers boss and ask him let us go inside check, the boss call his worker and they talk so long inside the house, after that his boss said we cannot go inside house to check, Malaysia got any agency or organisation will handle this kind of case? I understand vietnamese eat dogs in their country, this is their culture, but they shouldn't kill others PETS!!!!

My dog suspect caught by vietnamese foreign workers and eat it, can i report this to SPCA? Any organisation will in charge this kind of issue
My dog dissappear inside my house backyard with gate, impossible the dog run away by itself...

and few puppies around my housing area also dissappear day by day
