Lol. No wonder I see collection pictures they use those huge wooden cupboards and shelves instead... the type used by moms and grandmothers to display their plates.

With X-Transbots announced that they will release Masterpiece Skids, we have basically completed all the 36 G1 Autobots from the Ark in Masterpiece style.

Below is my ideal list of collection. smile.gif

1. Optimus Prime – MP10
2. Bumblebee – MP21
3. Beachcomber – X-Transbots Arkose
4. Blaster – KFC Ghetto Blast
5. Bluestreak – MP18
6. Brawn – Badcube Brawny
7. Cliffjumper – Ace Collectibles ACE-01
8. Cosmos – Toyworld Spaceracer
9. Gears - Badcube Grump
10. Grapple – MP35
11. Hoist – Mastermind Creation Artifex
12. Hound – Fanstoys FT15
13. Huffer – Badcube Huff
14. Inferno – MP33
15. Ironhide – MP27
16. Jazz – Maketoys Downbeat
17. Mirage – Mastermind Creation Sphinx
18. Outback – Badcube Backland
19. Perceptor – Fanstoys FT09
20. Pipes – X-Transbots Stax
21. Powerglide – X-Transbots Glider
22. Prowl – MP17
23. Ratchet – MP30
24. Red Alert – MP14
25. Seaspray – Fanstoys FT27
26. Sideswipe – MP12
27. Skids – X-Transbots ??
28. Smokescreen – MP19
29. Sunstreaker – MP39
30. Swerve – Badcube Slick
31. Tailgate – X-Transbots Hatch
32. Tracks – MP25
33. Trailbreaker – Fanstoys FT25
34. Warpath – Badcube Wardog
35. Wheeljack – MP20
36. Windcharger – X-Transbots Boost

Please note that Hot Rod, Ultra Magnus, Kup, Blurr, Arcee, Springer, Broadside, Sandstorm and Wheelie are not in the list, as I feel they are not the one who came to Earth from the Ark. Also, Jetfire, Omega Supreme, Sky Lynx, the Dinobots and the Combiners are not from the Ark.

Anyone think that any of them should be replace by another third party company? Do you think this list is the best if we want to collect a complete G1 accurate Autobots in Masterpiece style?

What is your setup for each detolf? Four strips for each cabinet from the top right down to the bottom? How did you wired them together? I am actually pondering if it is possible to power those LED strip using batteries.

My current set up is DIY and not very neat. But the lighting is great. I just off my room light and use this as my room light, very bright and looks gorgeous! Gonna add more movie series transformers smile.gif

Super new in this line.
I only got to know there's 3rd party TF toys which has superb paint jobs and sculpts compared to the originals Hasbro, etc.... those are way to plastic-ky to my liking LOL doh.gif .
And so, I came across this PE Leonidas and KO of PE Leonidas (NeoArts Leonidas NT-07) basically KO of another KO hmm.gif hmm.gif from the internet it was reported that the PE Leonidas has a lot of joint issues and parts falling off etc.

I would like to ask a question only for those who got the NeoArts version.
Is NeoArts any better than PE one ? PE are super expensive as compared to the NeoArts, double the price if I'm not mistaken.
Also is there any websites/place to check for the releases of these 3rd party TF figures ?

Just wondering the NeoArts would be releasing Beast Gorira of PE, might as well get both from the same maker. sweat.gif

Firstly, 3rd party =/= KO. Perfect Effect is unlicenced 3rd party, Neoart is KO because they copied the design. Licenced 3rd parties also exist, but are usually limited to non-transforming figures.

Secondly, yes; PE Leonidas has either very loose parts or very tight parts (which results in breaks if you're not careful). Neoarts Leonidas fixes most of those and is obviously cheaper(no point buying a expensive KO, right?). In this case buying the Neoarts version is the better choice, especially when PE didn't seem get those issues fix for their Leonidas Origin.

Leonidas is the only project Neoarts is doing right now, which I believe their next release is supposed to be KO of the Leonidas Origin. No further updates until then I guess.

I usually go to TFW2005 for my 3p news; Go to "Boards" -> "3rd Party Talk."

Hope this answers your Qs.
