He's an absolute death from above and only apt that it's the final one to mark the end of my tf collection.
The decision to stop collecting was so damn hard to make!
Especially when there are so many exciting figures that will be releasing soon.
Anticipating it will start denting the wallet more moving forward if I don't stop now

if u order japan ver mp star saber u wont get the coin. if u order from hasbro asia u will get the coin. just that.

Taktom is running out of viable MP carbots to release!

Within the next couple years they'll probably have to start looking into more big figures... or more Decepticons... or just terminating the MP line.

I hope they never terminate it, but otherwise I'm looking forward to a new focus. Tracks is nice but all these carbots is getting a bit boring.

I am expecting MP Victory Leo that can combine with Star Saber...

I think they did mentioned in some interviews that they're planning on a new line of MP that features non-earth based vehicles, so MP line is not going anywhere soon. The problem with Cons is that the more interesting ones are all combiners, Shockwave may have licence issues, Reflector is meh. Maybe a Megs 2.0 before moving on to the non-earth designs.

Non earth based? As in Cybertronian vehicles? Interesting.

Yeah there are definitely less commercially interesting Decepticons... but I'd love to see an official MP Galvatron, Cyclonus, Scourge, Scorponok, Astrotrain, Octane, Blitzwing, Sixshot, etc...

agreed with the triple changer MP. hexatron is really awesome, hard to think that taktom can't do something along the line, don't have to be better. sixshot has simple transformation anyway.

What is the issue with Shockwave ? If it's the name can't they just use a pre-text and make it "Decepticon Shockwave" ? If so then they are clearly facing issue with other Transformers characters (such as Jazz, Mirage, Octane, Reflector, Sixshot...etc) as quite a handful of them uses common words as naming convention.

I'm not sure if it'll really affect the MP-line, but the original G1 shockwave design comes from a Korean company ToyCo and not HasTak, and the liecence is long expired which is why we never get a reissue of G1shocky.

Well then according to some sources Has/Tak may not be able to reissue the original toy mold but they may still have the rights to acquire the trademark over some of the character names (at worst cases adding a pre-text to it) and release a new mold based on the original design. Think the same case can be apply to other TFs such as Jetfire (Macross Series), Roadbuster/Whirl (Dorvack Series), Chop Shop/Venom/Barrage/Ransack (Battalion Beetras Series)... etc those non original Has/Tak toys.

Wow if it's at all true that Takara can't do a Shockwave based on the G1 design... then Fanstoys Quakewave is a super valuable piece.

Wish they'd just hurry up and reissue it. Even if an official one comes out, I can't imagine it being significantly better than the Fanstoys version.

yeah.. the fantoys quakewave is really2 a solid piece ... heavy figure.. with diecast ..
and both robot mode and gun mode is superb design ...
