I reli dun like house no fence. no clear distinction of my garden vs urs & no feel like gardening or staying the garden since other ppl can just walk thru, clearly see inside.

I think that's conditions from perbadanan putrajaya, what i can say most of putrajaya landed props there are without fences.

Maybe putrajaya homeowners can try to apply for a firearm permit for their safety

Now agent is selling 1.7 mil from developer. Sounds like a good deal considering the private pool and lift offered. If can accept putrajaya open concept this is a steal I think.

I think most PjH properties are having big discount due to last MCO. Yup Augusta is closer to IOI city mall side, near exit to SKVE already.
