visited my fren unit here... adui... the entrance is low class... guard dont even bother to work... gate open big big let anyone go in without giving a damn... haha...
developer design is super weird and created alot of wastage... the only thing looks nice is the super high ceiling duplex style living room... other than that... weird doorway orientation... weird yard design... weird second floor master bedroom ceiling and weird door sizes for the toilets... 1 million for this house... u have to ready another 200k to rectify the design issues before buying furnitures.... and developer havent pay the LAD owed to owners yet... lol |
