Date of transaction: March 1 ,2015

Details of the complaint : bought the item, the deal is smooth but when the item is arrived, it is different as what he stated in description, the item is not packing in plastic bubble wrap like normal resin kit selling was, he just put all the items including the smallest part one into one box, after checking got some part was missing, and after the further inspection the item is not new as the seller claimed, its was assembled(glued and primed), trying to resolve this problem and he said "it was like that and I bought exactly same condition(without plastic) from Japan", and after further confrontation he admitted he assembled it, I trying to ask the refund but now no replies

in short word,
-he give false description in his sales thread
-his mistake make the thing complicated, now not even want to responsible
-calling me; customer as a liar.. which is not profitable for me since I only want to buy the item I want, not cheating the seller
I also selling items here too, you can check my successfully tradelist, at least I take an effort to pack the item sold securely unlike Rinun Eiken

with his way handling the item, no wonder one of this part was lost


the parts was half assembled! in this picture this part was primed(surfacer sprayed) revealing the original resin color

Me : Item arrived,but I want refund! The way you treat all items without plastic packaging and lost some parts, there is no way I can satisfied with this! you even stated the item is new!

Him: Pardon but may I ask what part is missing? Since I double checked before I shipped it. And as I said, resin kits dont have its original box, don treat it like D-Arts, as it dont have plastic cover as well. I do wrap it nicely and put some paper in the box to prevent it shake too much. It is new indeed, no assembly nor paint, just open for checking purpose.

Me: Since it dont have original box you can put in plastic wrapping or bubble wrap, but you put in box like that,leaving higher chances for item to get ruined/lost

Him: It wont get ruined or lost, last time they also ship to me like this from Japan, it is impossible that it will ruined oir lost with only Penang to Terengganu. So what part was lost?The manual got indicated there are some ball joint that need to buy separately.

Me: I working right now, will checking later... again the seller from Japan wont treat same way like you, dont try to fool me, i'm into modelling for long time already

Him: Did u c the box? It is actually same box they ship to me, I just tear off their website sticker n u can cthe shape.So believe it or not, it is like this, juz they put more paper last time and I throw away the paper for easier checking. If they got nice packaging, I would like to ship is as same as the packaging too. U will c some nub left inside the box, do you think it is possible to have nub left inside the box if they got nice packaging? Item shipped as its original state.

Me: I checked the item, indeed it was missing one of the spike shoulder, also some part was assembled and primed, how you gonna explain that?

Him: Was planned to do it myself once, but give up after SHF Alphamon announced. And the price is the costing, I earn nothing from it

Me: I can show you the proof the item is indeed was assembled. also some part was missing, I want full refund!

Him: I checked before I shipped , so dont' try to fool me too, either you check thoroughly see whether it got drop when you take the paper, or go report if you want, I didnt cheat on anything, so I have nothing to afraid. If I know you are such an customer, better I sell to other.

Me: hey bro, I got full detail of you, so I can report to police or dispute customer organization if I want.

Him: Please go report, I found a prove from your SMS, you said some parts lost when you are not yet checked them. It is obvious that you simply say it so that you can get the refund.

Me: I CHECKED MORE TWICE!!! AND THE WAY YOU PACK THE ITEM ENOUGH PROOF THAT ITEM IS MISSING!!!

Him: Please post it and report ASAP! I dont want to get annoying message from you anymore! Rude attitude! I was try to communicate with you but your attitude make me want to block you!

Me: and besides that, you make different description! The item is not even new! I can see you try to glue the part! Why not stated the item as half assemble!!

Him: And ask them call me to settle it fast and once for all!!

So till now no resolution?
Maybe next time ask seller to show you actual picture of the item before buying.
Just an advice.

I will try ask for refund again
not full refund but at least I want my money back

yeah definitely ask for real pictures next time

negotiation failed, tried to ask for RM50 refund instead but
the seller give the same excuses again

You said you want refund because some parts are missing when you received it but not yet check it. And I asked did you check it? You said working now, will check later. How could you know some parts are missing when you never check it yet? It is obvious that you just want a refund.
