You may instead use LED lighting eventhough your house doesn't have any plaster celling. It`s energy saving, brighter than bulb type and have quite some design. I`m planning to install those if I decided to discard the plaster ceiling. Moreover you can have less headache on the power point as developer has already provided. Nice apartment by the way.
