unable to decide on lighting, No plaster ceiling and no downlights

Can anyone suggest ligthing point for my ground floor usages, infact for each area there is a ('BIND) separate each zone , i wasn't fancy on plaster ceilling but since i also plan to install CCTV/alarm hence there will be alot of cable from outside go back to the storeroom(as electricity bank located). Any idea on placing light ? I have island table install on the dry kitchen area too. Attached thumbnail(s)
