QUOTE(swgiant @ Oct 9 2006, 09:38 PM) My friends and i decide to hunt for sushi buffet, so far we only know there is an outlet which located at 1U, shogun. each pax, RM 50. The price is quite OK for us, but i heard some complaints about the food is not fresh and not even delicious... So is this a true? Yes it is true. If you want good sushi, you're better off with Jusco sushi. QUOTE(Tsukasa @ Oct 9 2006, 09:56 PM) or my fav spot is Zipangu @ Shangrila Hotel @ RM88 plus plus.. Second. Its the best as they air flown their supply direct from japan 2 - 3 times a week. Enjoy I went there last week and have some pics : *Shameless plug* http://eongxien.blogspot.com/2006/10/nippon-brunch.html |

QUOTE(led_zep_freak @ Oct 12 2006, 02:13 PM) Yes it is true. lol.. Get the Privelege card from Shangrila.. Cost RM499 a year but u get 50% off if you dine in for 2 person , and 33% for 3 person and 20% for more. For me.. I prefer bringing a fren there rather than one whole bunch at once. Hehe.. Wow.. Nice pic u took. Can take picture onela inside there. Haha.. But always see lotsa bigshot in there. If you want good sushi, you're better off with Jusco sushi. Second. QUOTE(Tsukasa @ Oct 15 2006, 03:06 PM) Rakuzen also nice . But not sure whether they got buffet for it. Tried Rakuzen last week. They only have buffet lunch on Sundays. Its Rm 48++Total about RM 55.20 per person. Pretty good I would say, grilled unagi is nice, green tea ice cream is nice and tempura prawns too.. They also serve sushi, sashimi, temaki and other various Jap food. |

uhm someone mentioned StarHill Jogoya already. Been there twice. Both times also @ RM66 from 2.00-4.45pm high tea time, cheaper. haha
Too many varieties there to try! Got instant SitrFry stuff, fresh sushi's, Oyster ofc, lotsa desserts, coconut from Thai, very nice indeed. The place is kinda spacious and ambient is nice. Definitely will go back there! that's the only Jap buffet I've been too, sadly. |
