thanx guys for your comments..

now.. i still want to wait for a couple of months to get all experience that i needed.. and u know larr.. most of my knowledge gained from internet and "try & error cert". to get a training also hard. i thinks its the time to get prof. cert. using my own money now. i know most of the tricks, only to get cert as a ticket to prove my skills.

hmmm... still waiting for other's opinion..

hi all..
this just come from my mind..

which one to be considered most important, since some of you mention getting a degree is more important and some says that getting prof. cert. is more important.
a) degree (part time)
b) prof. cert. (MCSE, MCSA etc)

both of them required some huge money to be spent. so what u guys think?

fishbone,

from what u mentioned seems that the current job is worth keeping if you see a future and good career path.

new offer sounds good only if like let's say ur current salary is alot say 5-10K then the 30% will = to a substantial amount.

if like current salary is like 2K extra 30% also 2.6K only. 600 might seem alot at first but like u mentioned ur current job have got a fantastic career path which i'm sure u can cover back the 30% increament in a year or 2 then stick to the current job.

at the end of the day though it boils down to you to see if you like ur current job or not. and whether the 30% increase is a good justification to change.

my 2 cents.

i second that..
