point 2 and point 4 is possible.what i would suggest is that u should meanwhile upgrade ur own qualifications.get MCSE or CCNA first.Claim from ur company.If ure able to get one of those paper,u'll be bonded with the company.However,if ure lucky enough that some headhunters spotted u and some other companines are willing to take u with high pay and reimburse the fees paid for ur course aquisition.It'll be priceless.They'll offer you something u more than u want.As they're the ones which is DEMANDING and ure the one SUPPLYING.Now,make it clear that ure not the only engineer in this world.I'm saying that if ure LUCKY.just my 2 cents.
