mine 47kg with 162 height...
breakfast (nasi goreng/nasi lemak), lunch(ayam/ikan+sayur), dinner ( ayam/ikan + sayur) , around 11-1, eat something like maggi or nasi lemak before tido..then go sleep and wake up at 8/9...
but my weight still like this... wawawawa.... my sis also laugh at me..
