mine 47kg with 162 height...
breakfast (nasi goreng/nasi lemak), lunch(ayam/ikan+sayur), dinner ( ayam/ikan + sayur) , around 11-1, eat something like maggi or nasi lemak before tido..then go sleep and wake up at 8/9...

but my weight still like this... wawawawa.... my sis also laugh at me..

jogging and playing futsal with fren... exercise too but still same...

wat the ideal weight for person with 162cm height?
