Breakfes -3 half boiled egg]

Lunch - Rice with chicken breast
-protein 2 scoop
Night - Chicken rice
- protein 2 scoop
Not same all the day..please advice im still newbie about this section
You take the amount of protein, no doubt you gonna gain. UNLESSS!! you are not lifting weights. then the protein has no purpose. you are not tearing ur muscle enough (getting muscle sore) for your body to use those protein.im too skinny before this 42kg and my weight cant naik until i eat protein.now around 46kg

less sweeter protein, you can try UNIVERSAL.
