foods(5-6 meals, high carbs n high protein)+supplements(multivit, b-complex)+workout at gym (exercise more so that u can consume more food) + enuf rests ( slept atleast 8 hours per day, go to bed b4 12am).
It shows some result for me. Mayb u can try it too.
Try to stick "THE HULK" poster on your wall to motivate u. lolz
