Hey guys.. im about 190cm,weighing 82 kg.

I gym 4 days a week with routines as such
Monday:Chest,Bicep
Wednesday: Back, Tricep
Friday: Shoulders, Calf
Sunday: Thighs, and alot of cardio

The issue im having is its been 4 months since i started gyming, with the aid of mass gainers and protein..There have been no significant change.. Anyone can recommend eating diet to build mass and muscles?

Is oats a healthy meal? If lets say i have 4 meals a day..The lunch being the rice and etc..night 4 chicken breast in soup and morning is eggs and cereals..and in between is oats..
Whats your take on that eating pattern?Eating alot of oats is good? since heavy in carbs

Anyone have probs with ON Whey Protein? I bought strawberry one but whenever I take it with milk I get a lot of gas. When I'm about to burp it out, the feeling is so bad. I feel like I can smell it in my mouth.

I'm not lactose intolerant. I can drink 2L milk and not have a prob.

Anyone got any ideas?
