Yes this is what i mean gry. We sign him w big expectation as we all know we are not very good in that department thus offloading two flankers who are very familiar in that position.

He needs to get it asap. Thats y i said..everyone is diff..some can adapt real quick some can took ages ..and some cant adapt forever. Which is why i dont believe the hypothesis signing xxxx from xxx league is bad coz their league is weak.
