Tbh, Pool is on a run of form lately right? U guys are placed number 1 in club form guide in EPL. I think the 343 formation is really working well with the current set of players. So imho, BR deserves another season. Provided he don't make major changes to the squad and keep this 343 and form going on until next season.

It's hard to pick one for me. But I think for me Gallas tops the list. I actually liked him, coz he can play CB and was also a solid LB. But why. why did he went to Arsenal? And as if that is not enuff, he went to Spurs after dat..... Both also London team. And also let's not forget Gallas threat 'Sell me or I score an own goal.' Seriously? wtf? Iinm, he wanted to leave. Then ok la, club said ok, a few clubs were interested. But non of the interested club can match his demanding salary of £80,000 per week. Then end up he staying at Chelsea. And for some reason he trained and played with the U-21 players. Not sure if he is not in current manager's plan or club decide to punish him.

Don't quite agree on Ramires. He might not be able to dislodge Fab/Matic/Oscar in starting 11, but I think he can still be a useful player. His pace can be used to deal with speedy wingers. For example, play Ram in RW to counter a speedy LW opposition. And also he offers something different compared to Fab. I rmb last game after Ram was sub in, the team suddenly 'clicked'. His energy from box to box is still useful sometimes.

For Oscar, I'd said give him 1 more season. If still the same, puncit after Jan, pls sell him.

On Eriksen, not sure if we really nid him.
