Guys, I'm using Maxis Fibre. The TM provided router spoil, not the maxis. Who should I call?

Uhm, actually I don't know. I close both router when the rain and thunder is so great.
Then after that, I try to on both router. The TM does not open, I try unplug, reset, other plug still cannot work.
