Ok, seems more like a problem are facing until we use the Cleese. There's hint of leakage due to the smell until we switched to using the Cleese. Nowadays, gas run out because other users either never tell that is finished or bother to ask gas tong uncle to being replacement over.
There is no smell or anything.
I mean leaking finish is because I seldom use. Probably 1 tong can last like 6mth to 10mth. And that is leaking finish more than I cook.
I m lazy evrytime have to go to backyard to switch off the regulator.

Its comparable to the Comet/Clesse regulator. The locking 'hook' is about as big as the Comet, both of which are much better than the normal ones. The gas knob is a separate from the hook so the gas can be disconnected without needing to remove the regulator (same as the comet). The IGT regulator is manufactured locally (also called IGT-Milux) so I don't think its imported and there is a cheaper version without the safety valve - it looks the same as the one in the links above, doesn't have EFV in the model name.
A cheaper alternative is the Fuji 182DPDL which looks like the normal regulators but its got 2 locking hooks, 1 on each side which makes it very secure and the knob is a 2 stage one which allows the gas to be shut off without unhooking the regulator from the gas tank. Price RM15-30. The RM15 is on preorder on shoppe.
Had a problem with the gas the other day and went out to buy a replacement, and found the Comet model in AceHW. It locks on alot more solidly compared to the usual ones and has a safety valve to cut off the gas if there is a leak. The Fuji DPDL also looks good but doesn't have EFV.
Guys, can recommend a good brand gas regulator for home usage? I bought Zenne gas regulator last year and now got problem a mild hissing sound. Have to turn off gas regulator after usage.

If you have a spare tank, check if is the same problem. Sometimes is could be a tank head problem or something is blocking the regulator to sit properly.

I thought this might be the issue and try to swap diferent gas tank and even changing inner rubber gas tank still got mild hissing out but its like a on and off thingy.

Most important there is no gas leakage smell when you are cooking.
Those selling at hardware shop should be good enough if you wanna replace.
What was the reason you replace the earlier with this regulator?

Just move in new place, first time purchase. Got light smell if try sniff near to gas regulator. Long term usage may shorten gas tank life. For time being I just turn off gas regulator after using it.

Last year, I had a similar issue with one of the regular brand tank. My normal replacement is 3 months +/-. Just after 1 month replacement, the tank was emptied. Did a checked and found the regulator was lose. Didnt hear any hissing sound as the tank was place outside the house.
Since you oredi tested with different tank and the problem is still there, then replace the regulator.
As for good brands, cant help as I dont replace often.

There's another player in the market as I recently discovered. My gas man told me the pin on the Cleese Comet (Comap) doesn't go down as deep anymore. Could be wear 'n tear and a combination of user induced manhandling that might have damaged it. Had it changed to IGT A-100IS/A-120IS from IGT.
Still, the Cleese Comet (Comap) remains one of the best regulator I've used.

Nevermind, I did some research about LPG power outputs. Seems that 1kg = 13.6kW If I'm not wrong on it, 1.5 and 2.0 should have maximum output of 20.4 and 27.2 respectively. Assuming my maximum hob output is 13kW, I still should be well below the limit of the regulator.
