Pebble Time Steel: Pebble Time in Steel!
Did this just killed the Apple Watch? The Gold/Red looks familiar though. And also don't forget the smartstraps concept.

QUOTE(nodeffect @ Mar 4 2015, 12:34 AM) any idea on how long the battery for moto360 can last ? The LG G Watch R can last for 2 days I heard, but not sure about Moto360... As I mentioned on v1, Moto 360 can easily last full day, provided with Ambient Mode off. Some also managed to full day with Ambient Mode On, but with specific lower powered Watchfaces. In terms of practicality, LG G Watch R is your bet if you want Android Wear, but in terms of "beauty", most would agree its the Moto 360. Let's put it this way, if you are an active person, i.e. always go outdoors, sports, or whole day out, and maybe move about alot *risk of bumping into the watch is higher*, get the LG G Watch. But if you want a watch you can wear for "fun" and looks nicer (most people would agree, but some prefer G WaR design though), then go for the Moto 360. But I suggest wait for Huawei and see what it has to offer first. But if you don't mind not having Android Wear, go for the Pebble Steel or pledge for the Pebble Time. |

QUOTE(nodeffect @ Mar 4 2015, 09:51 AM) No problem. QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ Mar 4 2015, 09:53 AM) Yeah, we all saw it. But yet to see reports on pricing and battery life. But I assume it will last better than Moto 360 and battery should be better due to the SoC. |

QUOTE(NightFelix @ Mar 4 2015, 04:24 PM) Just checked the Pebble Time Steel are 250$+ are still available. I wonder does this include our local SIRIM charges since it ship anywhere in the world lol. The last time I ordered my Pebble Steel, I received it without any extra charge. I think its the way they declare. Usually KS pledge does not include SIRIM charges. |

This is really unbelievable: http://www.lowyat.net/2015/03/huawei-watch...tail-at-rm3655/
"The Huawei Watch is arguably one of the best-looking Android Wear device that has been unveiled. However, if this rumour is any indication of its retail price, even its good looks will not justify such a massive price tag. According to a source, the Huawei Watch will allegedly cost a whopping US$1000 (about RM3,655)... What do you guys think? |

QUOTE(Someonesim @ Mar 5 2015, 04:28 PM) In that case, no one will buy it, all settle for Moto 360 or wait for 2nd gen. Nobody will pay such a ridiculous price for such "normal" specs. Only Apple users will do that. Even if you say Nexus 6 and Note 4 are expensive, they have the best specs to justify the premium price. This post has been edited by zhou86: Mar 5 2015, 04:33 PM |

QUOTE(tarm @ Mar 5 2015, 05:37 PM) For the sake of comparison, here are leaked price for Apple Watch. Their cheapest model is way more expensive than any of Android Wear watch. OMG seriously...thats damn stupid price. For something that is outdated few years later. Real luxury watches last a lifetime, and the price will sometimes even go up. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

This might not be the correct topic, but I just want to ask you guys...
Any comments/thoughts on the Mi Band? I might want to get it for my mum. RM59 via official Mi Malaysia website sounds like a great deal for what it does. |

QUOTE(NightFelix @ Mar 9 2015, 02:53 PM) - Battery life are LONGER than advertised (30days), mine exceed 30days and still have 25%+- left. Meanwhile, FitBit Flex RM350 5-7days battery life. Wow, nice summary bro. Thanks!- Auto Sleep Tracking, accurate as advertised as well, BUT only for night-time; day sleeper or napping doesn't measure. Meanwhile, FitBit Flex have to manual double tap to sleep/wake to measure your bed time. - Android / iOS compatible, MIUI work best for the msg notifications. Msg notification not working properly for other ROM. Mi Fit Apps flaw, future bugs fix/update are required. - WeChat apps for Leader-board with your friends/families. Well Sign-in WeChat are optional choice. - Mi Account are Mandatory required. - Steps tracking are not real-time, you have to refresh everytime to check, unless the apps is using on foreground (the apps is running background anyway, if you closed it), anyway, is not so accurate compare to my previous FitBit Flex. - No Stair Steps tracking. - Alarm vibrate limited to 3 alarm only, and 5 vibration per Alarm only (not unlimited till you tap your band to stop it) - Call in vibrate work BEST in this scenario, even from few walls/room/far distance. (unlimited vibrate till you pick up your phone) - 4 LED colors to choose, but only 1 LED colors working at your choice - Recharge tooks 3-4hours to fully charged 100%. (my 1st time) - Water Resistant as advertised, never took off from my wrist since Day1. So I guess from your review, its very much recommended for the price? |

QUOTE(jin_akira @ Mar 16 2015, 07:36 PM) quite excited/intrigued for a Moto 360 successor (if there is any. if don't have, too bad). they should maintain the design, get rid of that flat tire, use a better processor, bigger battery capacity, better battery management from the OS and a universal strap. it might sound like a tall order, but given the rapid advancement in technology, it should be achievable. Should have a 2nd Generation, based on the success of the 1st gen. |
