Any idea when Google will come out with their new smartwatch? Wondering should I wait for the new smartwatch or buy now? If buy now, any recommendation?

Can I ask whether is it possible to track the smartwatch like how we track our phone using find device app? But phone is on data and GPS that's why we can track it. If the smartwatch is no 4g capability, still can track it?
