Anyone using Huawei Watch here? How do I check battery life for it?



Usually under this setting as in this page, have option to check battery life.

huawei and gear s2 side by side

now the Huawei almost my daily driver. seems like i preferred huawei than gears2.
anyway, the gears2's screen, much nicer, deeper black and shaper. the circular UI also seems smoother and intuitive compared to android wear.

for those going to get Huawei, especially the polished silver version, need be careful, the body can get scuff. mine already have 1 minor micro level scuff/scratch

Bought Huawei for quite sometimes via Amazon. With priority shipment USD 429.

Aesthetic wise, Huawei win. I think for Gear s2 , if put leather band like Tissot dark brown textured leather with butterfly clasp will make it looks classy.

Then few more RM for tax.
Not really worth actually, much better wait for local availability which coming soon.

Yerp. On the front portion circular portion. Tried to take pic but in pic can't see it. Even in life will notice becoz had known there is a mark there.

It only shows if you have 1 unread message, which has to be the picture. Any more pictures, different chats or following text messages will make the picture disappear, leaving only the message "image". It's not just the background, when you swipe left, instead of getting to the chatlog instantly you will first see a cropped fullscreen version of the pic. swipe left again for the chatlog. The image is only shown if you have "automatic downloading of media" (or what's it called) enabled in whatsapp. It usually also takes a while to be sent to the watch as well.
It's not just whatsapp by the way, as far as I can tell every notification which you could expand on your phone to see the included picture shows up on the watch.

Finally pull a trigger and get myself the Frontier.
Straightaway went to Red Army Watch to change to new strap, Hirsch Robby.

The frontier felt much better compared to my old s2classic. Noticed the bezel kinda wooble when compared to s2classic (as far as I can recall, need to wait my sis comeback to make comparisons)

need to take care ur Huawei Watch like a jewel. eventually it will catch lots of hairline scratch around bezel area.
