non-3g version has mic for listening your voice command but it does not has speaker. So, no sound coming out from your watch.

The 3g verson has both but most probably not coming hear as it is using e-sim.

Well, it was never Google's intention in the first place for the watch to replace the phone, in terms of calls, it supposed to serve as an "extended notification screen" to compliment your phone's functions.

The reason they have a mic is because they want you to tap on the power of Google's voice search feature which is one of their main selling point.

Gear S can, coz it has cellular connection, i.e. can work without phone.

Should be able to work, but have to import coz Samsung Malaysia seems to skip this model. Sure expensive...
