Read a news on next Moto 360 might be using Snapdragon 4100. Then there was a link to TicWatch Pro 3 being the first Wear OS with Snapdragon 4100. So I went to watch one reviews Youtube video. Kinda tempting as my Moto 350 G2 is ageing.

Anyone using TicWatch Pro 3?

I'm still waiting. Pixel Watch rumour is around the corner, no signs of new Moto 360 up to now. Galaxy Watch 4 could be Wear OS. Options getting better, that is if they all performed smoothly.

I still keep TwPro3 in the cart. For its price, I don't think the new watches could beat it.

As for GT2, I'll stay away unless the look of the wstch is your thing. Without Wear OS, it's pretty useless other than just a fancy health tracker band.

Just novelty, being Pixel and Google. Just like how I spent 4k buying a Pixel 4 XL, but I digress.

Aside from that, it wouldn't (most likely) be loaded with additional apps like other watch brand did. TwP3 has their own health tracking apps, aside from Google Fit preinstalled too (if I'm not mistaken). Even Moto 360 has its own Motorola supplied apps.

Seeing how I'd want everything synced into Google Fit, so other apps would be more than redundant.

You've missed the 5.5 discount on TwP3. It went as low as RM1049. Very tempting, but I wanna see what the future holds.

Anyway, just keep a lookout. Galaxy Watch might be a good one.

That being said, I'm all into Wear OS only. Unless I have an iPhone, then Apple Watches would be much better. Except they don't come in circular form factor.

Mobvoi released TicWatch Pro S after the TwP3, but uses SDW2100. If replacement for TwP3 is coming, it'd most likely a refreshment on its look. Nicer built with premium look, perhaps. There's no new processor announced, so the best you could get now is still SDW4100.

Finally got my Pixel Watch.

EDIT: I can charge using my Moto 360 g2 charging dock.

Finally tried Google Pay using my watch. GPay will assign a proxy card number. Card stored in watch and phone are separate. Means you have to add both sides if you want to use it on both devices.

Before payment, GPay app must be opened. Either add as a complication on watch face, or pull down from notification shade. Scanning for payment was as fast as normal credit card, if not faster. PIN is required for amount exceeding RM250.

After payment, there's notification on the watch, which is linked to the card in the app.

I took the RM2199 bait with RM120 voucher from Shopee. No free shipping voucher either and you have to pay SST for shipping.

But other options would be buying from AP sellers, they are indeed cheaper, if you browse around.
