Thanks.  smile.gif
Always on eat lot of battery life lo. 30 minutes max before go to sleep.

Usually those always on watch faces are simplified (monochrome) and dimmed version which power efficient on AMOLED display. Of coz it will drain more juice but it should be able to last the watch maybe a day like Samsung Gear S3 in standby mode

I read somewhere they have abandoned wearable/smart watch. I wonder if they are still going to support the released watches, but yeah, it's very annoying. No update well into June.

Padfone S still one of my favourite phone. Was using it with the docking tablet also.
But for Asus zenwatch, i don't like their own proprietary strap.

Actually last time I was using Android 5 Lollipop. Now got 6 Marshmallow. You have to manually update if it doesn't appear. Let's continue this discussion on the Padfone s thread.

Let us know if you received the update. I dont know want to believe Asus or not anymore. But there are a lot of complains about AW2.0 where people even say we are better off without it. Lol.

Hahaha, I had bad experience with KS also cough*Kreyos*cough sweat.gif

I didnt support TicWatch during their earlier project, skeptical that time smile.gif
Now seeing they're quite success with previous product, I gained confidences. Also, the project planned for shipping out in Oct, means they've already developed the product, just using KS as selling platform.

Okay but in KS, if they dont deliver, there is nothing you can do.. i learnt to not get electronics from KS (either they cant deliver or its just to sell it which you probably can get it if you wait).

Just to share my bad experience for 3 products (wireless earbuds, small mini camera with sticky pad, and tea brewer)..

Yes I have the same experience too where product don't deliver. I even have one project that has delayed delivery for 2 months. Well, you gotta know what game you sign up for is what I tell myself haha.

How about notifications? Is it better or worse? I read it no longer has peek notification while the watch is in dim mode?

Just to share with ZW3 user, whoever have not received auto update on AW2.0, you could trigger update on your watch now, steps as below:

1. Ensure your zw3 with at least 80 percent battery, and connect your watch to power adapter.
2. Go to SEtting-> about -> system update.
3. Tap the green screen rapidly, some said 2min, my experience just keep tapping around 30second, it will be trigger the download to update AW2.0.
Attached Image

4. The download screen will take time. My situation is 1 hour.
Attached Image

5. Your watch will auto reboot after finish downloading.
6. You may notice your watch may come across "Continue setup on phone" for more than 15min, yes.. is abnormal. i check my phone has no prompt error / setup screen.
Attached Image

6.1 In this situation, check your phone, Settings » Apps » All apps-> android wear app, it must be version 2.0 or
above, else please perform apps update.
6.2 In your application list, check your Google Play services app is version 9.8.41 or above, else please perform apps
update.
7. if both apps version are met still same issue, reboot your phone and watch together. (in my case it works after reboot)
8. After both devices reboot, your phone should come across this page, where it prompt you to copy google accounts info to zenwatch.
9. Your zenwatch should be updated completed.

I can attest this worked. I tapped system update few times only and update triggered, and yes took really long time to download. I guess those enabled wifi will be faster ? as I disabled it.
