Amazfit or Samsung Tizen watches?

Ruled out AW watch because....idk if it's worth it especially under 1k

overall best experience is galaxy watch if you use Samsung phone
and also not so particular on the step counter.

Fossil Sport got GPS but I'm not sure the review good or not. less than RM500

And Galaxy Active Watch 2 at RM999 confirm better than Fossil Sport due to matured TizenOS but of course APP selection not as wide selection as Google PlayStore.

I started with fitbit -> mi band -> sunnto -> garmin -> Samsung -> Huawei.

Fitbit - > a bit over prices, good software but lag of water proof (early day).
Mi Band -> One of the worst in accuracy (comparing with my polar chest strap), min 25%-35% different on HR especially.
Sunnto -> poor battery life, it can't last 6 hour with GPS on. (basically can't last me one outdoor activity).
Garmin -> poor build quality and over prices. (claim warranty twice).
Samsung -> I can reach 240 bpm in samsung during my work out, also worst eco system especially.
Huawei -> HR comparing with my polar is  5-8% (during HIIT), VO2Max (pretty accurate) SPO2 (first in the market), sleep tracking (i believe no one beat it).

Best selling doesnt means BEST performance.

At least you dont have to charge your band/watch daily if you using Mi Band. Guarantee 20-30 days battery life

Band itself is not comparable to Watch anyway, because is so slim and compact till you can wear anywhere like showering and sleeping (or maybe swimming? sorry I dont swim lol)

So is very personal preference to wear watch or band. I charge my watch on dock every night like my phone. but if you have multiple location to access charging is less convenient compare to a smartphone.

Like myself. I can charge my phone at
1. home
2. car
3. office
4. friend house
5. my in law house

whenever I feel that I need to charge and/or my battery is low as long I can find Type C (or Micro USB if anyone still using and/or lightning cable)

but for my watch (or any watch out there) that need to charge daily or 2 days still not quite convenient unless it support wireless charging on flat surface, at least we can utilise the reverse wireless charging or wireless charging pad.
for my own scenario. I have to get at least 5 dock or charging cradle for the watch (depend your model) to allow myself charge anywhere, anytime.

Anyone has 70mai Saphir Watch? Thinking of getting one for myself.
