Anyone else experiencing sucky connection with umobile? After having N4 for 4months, i have only seen 4G twice when I travel to Puchong. In ampang, umobile data line is a disaster. Can't use it at all in my workplace in jalan ampang. even at my home near pandan indah, data and line are unusable.
*
umobile's 4G have very limited coverage.

I must say that Samsung is still no match for Sony Xperia sound reproduction. I'm using both z2 and note 4 and when comparing sound quality in pairing with my Bluetooth speaker, I had to turn the volume to max on note 4 to get at least 50% volume out of my bt speaker without turnin up the volume on the bt speaker. With z2 there's no way I could maximize its volume cause it's way too loud and yet my bt speaker remain the same volume I had to turn it down to get equal sound. It's not just louder but clearer too.I have a Harman kardon esquire bt speaker and this beast is loud.way louder than bose Jabra etc in same portable  size and my z2 is the best pair with it. I assume note 4 has no aptx in Bluetooth sound? Not sure but on top of everything else I love my note 4 😊
*
note 4 does have apt-x

samsung might not want to unlock the 64-bit because they want to maintain almost similar performance between snapdragon and exynos version. else everyone will want to buy exynos version and those who have purchased snapdragon version will rage.

so a "quick charge" charger from another Snapdragon phone say One M8 will not work with Note 4's quick charge therefore Exynos Note 4s will only work with the Samsung's "adaptive fast chargers" it came with am I right?
*
not quite right.

http://www.androidcentral.com/ask-ac-can-i...-anothers-phone

quick charge 2.0 is a licenced technology from qualcomm. if you read this review it says that a turbocharge charger from moto x works on N910C as well.

guys tomorrow the CEO of samsung will come to my uni....if i got time i ask him when lollipop will come to note 4...hehehe
*
i'd rather you ask him to create a platform where users can send proper feedback/bug reports/feature request so that their engineers can work on it faster.

Nice. Still waiting for mine to be delivered smile.gif Was it hard to apply? Show some pics even better  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
it was easy to apply, but you need to position it correctly because the left and right is exactly the size of the screen with no extras.

can't take good macro pictures of it, but i guess you can refer to the previous post from old newspaper :-

i spoke too soon, funny that lollipop for note 4 doesn't allow sdcard access but note 3 does.

as for smart unlock, basically you can designate your bluetooth device (for me, my moto360 and my car radio) as a trusted device. so whenever those devices are connected to your phone, it will automatically unlock.

ok, i dont know if im the only one. after updating, whenever i cover the fingerprint sensor, the red light turns on. could this be the reason our battery is dying faster? coz when you put on the table also will come out red light
*
finger print or heart rate sensor?
i believe you have google fit installed? there is a bug with google fit that causes the heart rate sensor to turn on.
turn off activity detection or uninstall if you are not using it.

Just download the latest version, it will work.
Gibberish.

the only workaround i found so far (although not 100%, some tiles are still missing), is to click into your friend list and then exit from the friend list. some of the wordings returned to normal but some tiles will still be missing.

Dont need root, but only if your app has been updated to make use of the new Storage Access Framework
*
my lollipop note 3 has access to sdcard but my lollipop note 4 does not.

tried using dropbox app and es file explorer app on both phones, updated to the latest version.

that's why i wonder why note3 is ok but not note4.

On Stock and non root. Maybe you can try updating your app? Mine suddenly started transferring to my microsd after lollipop update
*
somehow managed to make my phone "see" the sdcard. it didn't before, so dropbox export and es file explorer can't open the sdcard folders to copy into.

glad it finally did now... thumbup.gif

Those who want to buy from lazada just be aware that those units which are ship and sold by lazada have already been registered with ewarranty much earlier. That is why the price can be slightly cheaper.

As for buzzbit they register after the phone is delivered to you.
