I think all Note 4's Lollipop have problem with Waze. Maybe Waze is the problem. The app is not optimized for QHD screen. Anyone using LG G3 upgrade to Lollipop have this problem? Because CoC looks pixelated compared to on the KitKat build.
*
=/ dont think screen is the problem as on kitkat also supports QHD ma

on the other hand, sometimes i think its googles fault also. Within 3 months they release 5.0.1 > 5.0.2 > 5.1 > 5.2

Developers abit hard to keep up lol

Don't worry once the Poland version of L5.1 is out - we can sedut and enjoy.
*
Seems Poland takes the N4 pretty seriously, they were the first to release lollipop and also BOC3. Cheers to that, most probably stay on this country firmware unless some other country release faster lol

Some here complain abt pixelated..

Thn waze got issues

So conclusion, its still not stable ma? Some also said batt consumption worst on L.

id prefer if they release a proper update with no bugs.

Just my 2 cents
*
If waze update their app it will be fixed. G3 also having this issue on lollipop so I dont think its lollipop issue instead its a compatibility issue. Battery is better but not much. About 30-45 minutes SOT more. Of course perform a clean upgrade is the best. If you perform dirty upgrade diff users may have diff problems.

Could not take the freezing and stuttering on games on KitKat thats why upgrade to lollipop. Smoothie. Lollipop also supports 64 bits whereby kitkat doesnt.

So many reasons to go to lollipop smile.gif If u use waze as your bread and butter and cannot use the alternative google maps then u have to stay on kitkat till waze gives a hotfix on this

lets play the waiting game..our singaporean brothers are still waiting for their lollipop...
*
Tired of waiting, since no issue on the poland firmware. May stay permanently on this, their updates much much faster and it doesnt void warranty smile.gif

Waze working very well on my Nexus 6 ( lollipop 5.01, 5.02 n 5.1 on all official n custom rom)
So I dont think is app issue
*
Grey area lolol.

Something to do with Touchwiz & LG's UI & QHD.
So far G3 & N4.
Seems in waze forum got people running N4 lollipop without waze issue but can't seem to do it.
For now use google map until it is fixed

Waze works perfectly on Lollipop Note 3(and other devices) so I don't think it is waze issue.
Have you actually tried the Poland Lollipop release yourself? There're also other issues mentioned in several posts on the first page of this thread. After updated My benchmark decreased from 50k to 30k, battery life also decreased and phone gets hot for no reasons. Samsung has not enabled x64 on their lollipop for Note4, probably never will due to their 32bit Qualcomm counterparts.
Of course, if they fixed all these problems then there is no reason to not update. wink.gif
*
Im using the poland firmware for daily driver. For me only waze not working, so its still ok for me. I do a clean upgrade as in after upgrade i reformatted. Its up to u whether u wanna upgrade or not just sharing my experience. It is much smoother on lollipop.
** my battery life was better on lollipop
** benchmark not really important to me as long what I used became smoother. better launching times and no sluggishness in games that I play. (may be different for your case so Im just justifying for my usage)

Am not forcing anyone to upgrade cheers smile.gif

I'm glad it works fine for you, but if you look at the several posts at first and 2nd page, I am not the only one having those issues. I'm also stating my experience with the currently lollipop being is not stable(for me anyway), and I will upgrade when Samsung fixed those problems in future. smile.gif BTW, yes, I did a clean install.
*
Alright good luck! smile.gif

This month I was very rough with the phone. With the spigen neo hybrid on, my phone was dropped and tossed around quite roughly. Some dings and lots of scratches on the plastic bumper but the phone itself was fully protected. Only damage is I don't know where I dropped the s-pen.
*
With spigen slim armor ori I also dropped the phone a few times but no damage at all. Thing is the phone is getting a little too heavy due to the casing lol. Thinking of changing to a lighter case. Was eyeing on the neo hybrid, is it much lighter?
