Battery draining issue is most likely due to your installed applications, and also device syncing.

but every settings/apps is the same when is at kit kat, didnt install anything new doh.gif

If you just flashed lollipop, give it a few days to regain the battery life. Can't say if custom rom will have battery issues or not but most custom rom tends to be more optimized than stock, but if a bug(eg: battery issue) exist on stock rom, it will most likely be carried over to the custom roms that based on it.

that's what I think too, but feels frustrated with the battery drain and also phone getting hot easily.. will try to tahan few more days see how it goes

Factory reset will resolve the issue. I just did mine and it's works.

Factory reset will make your smartphone smooth than before. Try no harm.

agree, after factory reset my phone last few days the battery draining issue gone already, now can run up to 4 hours+ SOT, instead of 3 hours SOT before factory reset. and whole phone feel smoother thumbup.gif
