Are you talking about the unread counts? TeslaUnread will give you that for Nova Launcher.

Oh, right. Tesla itself is free, but it only works with Nova Launcher Prime, not the free version.

It will sync to Samsung account by default. You also have option to sync to Evernote - I only started using S Notes when they added support to sync to Evernote.
