Anyone of you encounter keypad lagging when charging you’re your phone using adaptor?
It does not happen when charging via PC, I notice it in my note 3 also

yes im not so into chasing for trendy smartphone after all.. maybe only after 3-5 yrs i will get a new one and that apply to all my current phone

such relief when u said digi guy called u.. so what i predicted 4G on n4 got prob was correct.. bcz usually i on 4G when i driving talking on phone sometime it drop by itself and show incate G only (GPRS?? wth)...

Yeah. Only + is can save battery. 4g is really fast. Im surprised when i use 4g on digi, quite a number of places got... manatau it causes more probs than benefits

Actually no contract just that this person gatal wanted excuse to play with iphone. heeee then went to spend the $$ something else.
Digi has been pretty good for until this incident thats why didnt think of moving carierlo.

Fantastic battery life? Hmm... Not that fantastic as compared to N3.. I wonder why you struggle to last thru office day on N3.. My previous N3 can last the whole working day, 7-5 easily. In my experience, I think battery life improvement on N4 over N3 is just minimal, 10% perhaps..

To keep verdict simple, I would say N4 is a more perfect Note series than N3.. Better in every aspect, even though for some aspect might be just minimal improvement, but still it is better.. If new N3 is rm1699-1799, I won't hesitate to add up cash for a N4 which can be bought from 1900-2100.. Unless, if you are coming from N3, then you may consider to keep you N3 and do not have to upgrade, because N3 can get similar job done similarly as N4

So it's Digi's 4g problem? If it's true, it's fine for me. I will just use 3g..there is still a lot of 4g gaps on Digi network coverage, even in KL Selangor areas, and keep on changing from 4g back to 3g, so might as well just use 3g.. Digi suxx. Period

It is a known issue for many devices. Sometimes charging interferes with screen sensitivity.

So, go for note 3? since it benefits little?

iCarez Tempered Glass ( Pictorial review )


searching for the non halo effect tempered glass for this note 4, it's really a nightmare for me. so far i have tried 2 different cheapo brand but to no avail. i have posted those brand ( with picture ) for you guys to avoid it previous thread...

if you guys having a white note 4, congrats ! the halo effect is minimized even with any new cheap / branded tempered glass....

if you guys having a black note 4, 99% of any cheapo or branded tempered glass ( beside iCarez ) will produce terrible halo effect !!

even with just a swipe over the edge on both the phone, the black color seem to have more curvy edge...

using cheapo tempered glass on both my black & white note 4 .... ( both are the same cheap brand of tempered glass )




the halo effect on white note 4 is very minimized, but not 100% gone...

now this came to the rescue !!

with naked eye, i can't barely notice this has been applied with tempered glass at all !!!

here's some tips when buying iCarez's tempered glass...

for those having the white unit, you could purchase either 0.15mm or 0.28mm iCarez tempered glass.

for those having the black unit, REMEMBER to purchase only the 0.15mm iCarez's tempered glass. as i have mentioned earlier in the review, the black unit seem to have more curvy edge thus the thinner the tempered glass is the better it will stick to the curved glass with 0% halo effect.

amazon seem having sales on this iCarez now, but for those want to avoid the hassle go thru third party shipping channel ( amazon doesn't ship outside of US for this item ) i found out that this nice gentlemen selling here locally. lyn member, allinbox2u and this is his website:



for those of you still searching high and low for 100% no halo effect, waste no more and your precious time. pay a premium price once and for all and you'll be a happy note 4 user like me!

N4 battery life display and camera is a lot better than n3.

Haiz, each telco has their own pros and cons lah, I'm tired of Maxis playing all high and mighty(kind of like apple, lol), their data plan is damn expensive compared to Digi.

Erm, coming from Note 3, my battery life increase is very noticeable, I own spare batteries for both devices, with Note 3 I found myself swapping batteries more often as it hardly lasts a full day. On Note 4 however, I rarely used my spare battery at all, bought it for a month and I think I only swapped once. This is base on the same daily usage btw.

If you owned a Note 3, you will surely see the improvements, better screen, better camera, better battery life, and a snappier TW ui(maybe because of the better hardware).

Sweet stuff, too bad I am not confident at installing a screen protector myself, always find dirts stuck under the film and had to visit a store.
