i remember someone highlight, if property bubble that mean msia economic crisis, economic crisis mean u will mostly likely lost your job, so even the property is 100k that time u also cant afford.

Called agent asking for a unit in Kota Kemuning.

1) Agent call back say selling 660K
2) Next day agent call again, 650K final price
3) After 2 days agent call again, now 630K

True story, dont believe? I post whatsapp chat....

in some cases, the price is inflated by agents who hope to earn more commission if there's a sucker who's willing to pay higher price than what owner's agreed to sell. e.g. seen same property advertised on iproperty by different agents but price stated not the same. some will use the tactic of 'got other interested party so you better hurry make up your mind.'
