I got experience rma wd hardisk.just go at their website,register and issue rma order.then you can send the broken hardisk at the address.last time somewhere at perai.if the hardisk arrive at their side,they will immediately send new one,about 2-3 days i got the new one.but the warranty period is remaining period from broken hardisk.Does anyone here claim warranty direct from WD?
