Does anyone here claim warranty direct from WD? How long it take? My HDD i put as external. Each time i plug to my laptop, it's said i need to format. After format, i can use it. But after a few days, when i plug in it's said i need to format again. I think HDD have a problem already. So I want claim warranty. I already 1 year 3 month i use the HDD. Please advice me.

I download software from WD website. When test diagnostic, found bad sector in my hdd. I will get info from WD how to return the hdd.
