Starting last 2 weeks, my home CCTV fail to view exernally or through data plan and only can work in local network (WIFI). I try to check my forwarding port like 8000, 80 and 554 but found all are timed out or closed which use to be successfully during initial setup.

So far only found few open port like 21, 443 and 8082.

Any one can advice on the sudden port lock up issue?

FYI, I am using TM UNIFI Home 10 MB.

Thx

PH

Since you can view using internal network the ports on your CCTV is fine.
Check your router settings, DDNS and Port Forwarding.

Try using IP to connect to your CCTV from outside.

Did try access my WAN IP but still the same for CCTV.
My DNS work fine on the FTP which setup under the Asus router Aidisc or Aicloud.

My main prob is all ports block or closed and cant forward to CCTV IP.
